HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR PERSONAL INJURY CASES?
We work on a contingency fee basis, which means that if we do not obtain a settlement or jury verdict in your favor, you will not pay us anything. There are no out-of-pocket fees or expenses on your part. Our firm charges that same as most other personal injury attorneys, the fee is one-third of whatever we obtain for you and and 40 percent if we have to go to court.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR FAMILY LAW CASES?
We will work with you depending on your financial circumstances to come to an agreement as to an initial retainer and an hourly rate. We will never do more work on a case just to increase our fees. Our goal is always to resolve your family matters with as little court involvement and expense as possible.
ARE OUR CONVERSATIONS CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes. Anything we discuss is a matter of confidentiality. We will not share your information with anyone unless you authorize us to do so or we are legally required. You can trust us to keep your matters private.
IS THERE A TIME LIMIT TO FILE A CLAIM?
Depending on the case, there can be a certain time limits to file for damages. These are known as statute of limitations. If there is still time to file a claim, we will help you get started. If you are unsatisfied with your lawyer, you can change anytime. There will be no additional fees or costs to you for doing so. We pride ourselves on staying on top of aspect of your case and Ms. Taylor personally returns every phone call.
